TRĒ Updated Contact Alerts
We first launched Contact Alerts in August 2025. We recently received a request to add a delegate option, like List Manager. We’re excited to share that the delegate option is now available.
What do you need to do?
Not a thing. This enhancement was introduced to your environment today.
What should I expect to see?
You will now see the delegate fields on the Alerts page under the Configuration tab
Please note that you need to OPT-IN for Alerts. By default, all your Colleagues are deselected.
To OPT-IN, simply select the Colleague and assign a frequency for the Alert. Alerts trigger at 9:00 am Central Time. The selected frequency will apply to all Colleagues.
Once you’ve Opted-In, at the selected a frequency, you will receive a Contact Alert like this:
You then have the op<on to update and/or download all or specific contacts.
