TRĒ Next Generation List Upload
At TRĒ, we’re commi0ed to making your CRM experience faster, smarter and more effective. That’s why we’re excited to share recent updates designed to simplify list uploads and improve client contact data. These enhancements will streamline the way you manage and update contact information, ensuring you can engage with clients more efficiently and with greater accuracy
Key Objectives
Make the list as current as possible by:
□ Identifying and upda?ng out-of-date contacts; and
□ Enhancing contacts with LinkedIn links, known-by relationships, company firmographics, industry codes, geo-radius coordinates and company logos.
List upload status reports which will confirm success of import, and display reason for failure to upload i.e., invalid email address.
What do you need to do?
Not a thing. These changes were introduced to your environment today.
What should I expect to see?
In addition to seeing more up to date and enhanced contacts, the List Upload page under the Configuration tab has been redesigned.
You will now see a history of your list uploads, and whether the list successfully uploaded, or failed for some reason. You’ll also be able to see the progress of the upload as it processes, as well as the ability to delete.

The Download button will produce an .xls of the status of each contact uploaded. If failed, there will be a reason that will need to be investigated and corrected before the contact should be added to TRĒ.

If you choose to Delete, you will be prompted with the following message. Please note you are not deleting your uploaded list. That list is still accessible through List Builder. You are simply deleting the data list report that is generated to indicate the status of each contact (above report).

What’s Next?
We are working on the next iteration of the list upload reporting which will include a UI report with Excel or PDF download options that summarize data cleansing and enhancement statistics for each contact. This information can easily be rolled up into an executive summary. Look for this release within the next two weeks.
Your input continues to help us shape the future of TRĒ. Please let us know what you think about these enhancements, and if there are others you would like to see.
